By accessing the Service, creating an account, or submitting a demo request, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with them. DealWorkz provides a platform that enables businesses to create, manage, and track promotional deals and gift card offers (the “Platform”). Features may include deal creation workflows, campaign dashboards, gift card management, and related tools.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

3. Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update your account information if it changes
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100).
